Returns Policy

RETURNS 

- We offer a 14 day return policy. If you would like to return your product(s) within 14 days of delivery, we will refund you the purchase price, minus all return shipping fees and a restocking fee (which is 20% of purchase price). 

- All product(s) must be returned in their original condition, including the original packaging, manufacturer's containers, documentation, warranty cards, manuals and all accessories. Otherwise additional charges may be applied or may make your product(s) nonreturnable. You will be responsible for arranging return shipment and payment of return shipping fees. 

- Once your refund has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email. Refunds will only be credited to the original credit card that was used when placing the order, and can take up to 72 hours to reflect show your statement

RETURNS OF CUSTOM PRODUCTS

- Returns of custom products are not permitted."Custom Products" are all outdoor fountains, fire tables, garden and patio accents and accessories.

CANCELLATIONS 

- Cancellation of orders for custom products are not permitted.

- All order cancellations within 24 hours of the order being placed are subject to a 5% cancellation fee.

 - After 24 hours of an order being placed, orders are not permitted to be cancelled. 

- Cancellations after orders have been shipped out are not permitted.

ORDER CHANGES 

- If you wish to make any changes to your order, this must be made as soon as possible after the order is placed. We may not be able to honor requests to change details of an order, if the order process has already been initiated with the factories. 

- Changing items on your order is subject to a 4% processing fee. 

DELIVERY INSPECTION

Damaged deliveries are very rare. However, should you find that your order is damaged in any way, following the checklist below will help to ensure a smooth claims process.

- Any damages must be reported to us in writing within 24 hours of delivery. Please take as many pictures as possible, and then contact the shipping/freight company to begin a claim.

- Before you Sign for Delivery:

  • Ensure that the delivery paperwork is correct
  • Look for signs of exterior damage to the shipment
  • If you suspect there is interior damage to the shipment you may refuse to sign

- If you assemble a product and later try to claim for damages it will be denied by the shipping/freight company. You will be responsible for the cost of replacement parts and new shipment.
